Service Scope

Harmony Heating and Air provides residential heating and air conditioning services, including installation, maintenance, and repair. All services are subject to technician availability, service area coverage, and the condition of the existing system. Estimates provided are non-binding until confirmed through a signed service agreement or approved work order.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are booked based on technician availability. We ask that customers notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting service—including contact information, system history (if known), and access details for the property. Harmony Heating and Air reserves the right to decline service based on incomplete or misleading submissions.

Website Usage

All content on our website is provided for informational purposes. Users may not reuse, reproduce, or republish any content or material without express written permission from Harmony Heating and Air.

SMS Notifications & Customer Opt-In

Harmony Heating and Air will collect verbal opt-ins from customers.
